Shipment processing time
All orders (paintings / glass works) are processed within 3 business days.
Ship through USPS or UPS
Tinker Castle does not ship on weekends or holidays*

Shipping rates
Shipping charges are based on amount spent, order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
No shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Orders placed through paypal shall have tracking updated through paypal.
All Other orders will be updated through email provided.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Tinker Castle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Tinker Castle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
